You will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
