Lift mechanic — City of Baltimore

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift mechanic in City of Baltimore, Maryland. You will work at a busy lift company. Day to day you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
