Earthmoving equipment operator • Oshimili North, Delta State

Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Oshimili North, Delta State. You will be based on a road construction project. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 5+ years on the tools preferred.
