Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile setter in Luce County, Michigan. You will work in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. Requirements: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Your main tasks: • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system Part-time with flexible hours. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
