Safety marshal • McDuffie County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in McDuffie County, Georgia. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Day to day you will stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
