The role involves strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing We offer $7,500 per project plus benefits.
