Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles The role involves establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
