Immediate opening: we are hiring a night auditor in Blackburn with Darwen, England. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset Day-to-day duties: • Liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Handle same-day, online and phone reservations • Provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift Overtime paid at a premium rate.
