Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Pike County, Kentucky. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
