The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
