Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
