Roof repair specialist wanted in Haines Borough

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Haines Borough, Alaska. You will work on re-roofing and repair jobs. Day to day you will torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
