Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Ideal candidate: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel The role involves secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load.
