Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel welder in Dudley, England. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence 1+ years on the tools preferred. £2,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
