Fine-dining server — City of Falls Church

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in City of Falls Church, Virginia. You will work at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
