Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Madison County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Your main tasks: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
