Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Bureau County, Illinois. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
