Retail butcher wanted in Beaufort County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
