Shuttering fixer — Musselshell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Musselshell County, Montana. You will work at a precast concrete yard. The role involves seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
