Guest service agent wanted in Osogbo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a guest service agent in Osogbo, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Confident using a PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Protel or similar) • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check Your main tasks: • Verify ID and payment details against the booking record • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes • Balance the cash float and run the shift report at end of shift Overtime paid at a premium rate.
