Metal caster — Beaver County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal caster in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy iron foundry. On the job you will handle: • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
