Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Orumba North, Anambra State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
