Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Richardson County, Nebraska. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
