We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Webster Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a glazing and fabrication factory. On the job you will handle: • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
