We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Moore County, North Carolina. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
