Immediate opening: we are hiring a wood machinist in Okaloosa County, Florida. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Ideal candidate: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Own basic hand tools • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
