Electrostatic spray painter • Cass County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Cass County, Iowa. You will work in a busy paint shop. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
