Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in King George County, Virginia. Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
