Now hiring: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Rockdale County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Confident with manual handling and load securing Meals and transport allowance provided.
