Back-of-house cleaner • Zaki, Bauchi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Zaki, Bauchi State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Part-time with flexible hours.
