Glass fitter wanted in Hardin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Hardin County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift Your main tasks: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
