Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete worker in McCracken County, Kentucky. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule Rotating shifts.
