Immediate opening: lathe programmer-operator (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Warren County, New York. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; write and edit G-code programs at the control. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
