Plant operator (dozer) • Chisago County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Chisago County, Minnesota. You will be based on a road construction project. On the job you will handle: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
