The role involves: • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots Ideal candidate: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
