Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Jerauld County, South Dakota. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Meals and transport allowance provided.
