You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners The role involves plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding.
