Fly screen installer • Midlothian, Scotland

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fly screen installer in Midlothian, Scotland. You will be based in a customer's home fitting made-to-measure screens. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with a spline roller, mitre saw and rivet gun • Own hand tools including screwdrivers, drill and tape measure The role involves: • Cut aluminium screen frame profiles to size with a mitre saw • Fit fibreglass or PVC-coated mesh into frame channels with a spline roller • Adjust tension springs and rollers on retractable screen units • Measure window and door openings on site for made-to-measure screens • Assemble frame corners with plastic corner keys or rivets • Fit security mesh and stainless steel screens to ground-floor windows Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
