Join our team: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Surry County, Virginia. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Your main tasks: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
