Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Cibola County, New Mexico. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces 4+ years on the tools preferred.
