Dough maker — Blaine County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Blaine County, Oklahoma. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
