Vertical transportation technician • Alger County, Michigan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Alger County, Michigan. You will work in a residential tower block. You will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces 6+ years on the tools preferred.
