Fabricator-welder wanted in Concordia Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. You will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
