Fitter on the line • Wright County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Wright County, Missouri. You will work at a busy assembly plant. Day-to-day duties: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier You should have: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Careful handling of tools and components 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
