Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Full-time, day shift.
