Garment presser • Walworth County, South Dakota

Join our team: we are hiring a garment presser in Walworth County, South Dakota. Day to day you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
