Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Allen County, Ohio. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Rotating shifts.
