PVC window assembler — Mecosta County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Mecosta County, Michigan. You will work on a window-and-door production line. On a typical shift you will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
