Line cook — Orangeburg County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
