Urgent requirement: we are hiring a front desk agent in Grimes County, Texas. You will be based at a serviced apartment reception. You will prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests; handle same-day, online and phone reservations; allocate rooms based on guest preferences and housekeeping status; handle lost property, complaints and billing disputes at the desk; provide directions, local recommendations and tourist information. What we are looking for: • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
